Kte mulakn dulu kt mne gua dicampak utk buat attachmnt ngan GP...
kalu kome sume nk or dah tau, gua kna g Cobh which is about 40mins by car from Cork City...tmpat ni still within county Cork, but then quite far...ppl describe it as peripheral area...same like rural gak r...interesting story about Cobh, this is actually the last port where the famous TITANIC stopped, drops-off some passengers,whilst takings some on board before heading towards NY...but then, they never reach there...interestg huh?

so, cmne gua ke sne?...patutnye by train, but then, my classmate who is also attached to the same GP gave me a lift...Her name is Elaine...So, every time kna g GP visit dpt le naek free, x yah bayar...hahaha

shedot:teeeeetttt salah di situ, siler cube lg yek...fatigue could be awful lots of reasons...eg: stress, anemics, diabetics, malignancy...bla3...
ak da exclude stress coz he lives a happy life+his burden of work still d same...de just feel tiredness lately jek...pastu, ak da exclude gak anemics cos blood count de GP ak kate normal+Normal bowel habit+None sign of hematemesis or hemoptosis...malignancy pn maybe bkn cos weight de sme jek... tp diabetics pn possible gaks, x trpikir lak nk exclude that...act, de ade smthng else...smthng to do ngan blisters de...

boleh jadi gak physiological..something to do with endocrine...kot?? x tanyer thyroid symptoms ke?..intolerance to either hot/cold? weight loss? palpitations?..bla bla bla...

tp upon exam, weight de normal,xde lumps watsoever...none sign of hot/cold intolerance, tp possible gak ade probs ngan ADH or aldosterone secretion...sbb x check plak urine...
x pe bule cube lg...hehe...bg satu hint r yek,the disease is actually very familiar in eurpean countries but not happeng in Malaysia...

coeliacs kot. blisters tu possibly dermatitis hepatiformis. tp xde anemia?probly mild coeliac
