i still havent finish off our experience of touring Italy last winter..so here i am, telling u guys our trip to venice n florence..it isn't supposed to be me, writing the entry of venice n florence...it should be fendi or usop or bali..but..ehhhh..they dont hv time for that...

Venice

I was really excited about going to venice..heayyy..come on..who dosent know venice..the most romantic place in the world..yer kew..??we'll see...hahah...We took a bus n headed for venice..it came to surprise that no car would fit the road of venice...so walking is the only option..the rain was pouring down heavy that we got our shoes really wet..soaked with cold water..Since the roads in venice are really small and they are kinda of messy and tricky, we got lost..hahah..my bladder was bursting and we pondered around looking for toilet and finally found 1 but heyy it was 1euro fees..OMG..masuk tandas bayaq 5 ringgit..giler aper..it gotta be 5 stars toilet..

The worst thing was that, the tourist attraction sites were flooded with water. So they provided like a runway platform for tourists to walk through...the St Marco and the surrounding piazzas were flooded..bad..really bad..then we went to climb a tower to get a view of the whole venice..it was awesome up there, considering 8euro fees..haha..and so sudden2..while we were waiting for the lift to go down..and we were standing right below a massive bell..and it was 12 o'clock and the bell started to swing like its gonna collapse..i was really freaked out when i realized like something is coming down from above us..i stepped back without pulling anyone with me..giler selfish..and suddenly a loud BANNNNGGG sounds produced by the bell..wow...my heart felt like bursting out its peghicaghdium(pronounce cam dr demonstrator yer)..and the bell kept on swinging and banging for a good 1 minute or so..sampai nk pekak dgr...but the view from the tower is brilliant..u got to see every inch of venice...best2..berbaloi bayar 8 euro..but the wind up there was really strong and we were freezing cold..


Then we walked around venice, buying some souvenirs and finally got hungry...so we bought 2 huge pizzas..and we walked back to the hostel with the pizzas under the rain..so jadik la pizza bersama soup...everyone was staring at fendi dlm bas because he was carrying that big-wet-pizza with him..and we ate the pizza in our small car..

i liked venice a lot...it is romantic..u can feel the romantic vibe in the atmosphere..i dont know what so romantic about it but u just feel it..venice is a classic-old-small-hideous-crowded-yet-romantic city..it was such a let down that we didnt get to ride the gondola cause it was raining n flooding...waaaaa...the weather was just another let down..but still i think we enjoyed the most of it...

Then we headed for florence...

We woke up early to go to PISA..yeayyy..pisa...pisa was amazing..luckyly..it was really sunny that day..so everything was perfect for us..we spent a few hours taking pictures and buying sourvenirs in Pisa..then we headed to Carrefour to get some food..



then we headed back to florence town and got lost in the city while searching for halal food..we managed to get a very valued for money food..nasi+kari daging+isi kebab ayam+salad..perghhh..konyang...and later that night we had a night walk around florence..i loved it..florence is classically beautiful..the night view was so serene and lovely..tatau nak describe..tp beshh..then we headed back to hostel and drink coffee while watching football(me, of kos want part of the football watching thing)

Then the next day, we planned to wake up early to catch sunrise..but sadly bgn lambat..haha.but still we went to Piazale Michaelangelo and still got to watch 'sunrise' there..the view was really nice and we got to see florence from up above..then we went to Ufizzi galery, staring aimlessly at the various paintings.. tgk lukisan bout christianity smpi nk termuntah...and from that moment i knew why in the world leonardo da vinci is so popular..his paintings are special indeed..u can spot the difference right away...His was so bold..i mean every subject in the paintings was somehow really stands out..he really knows how to make each object stands out without shadowing the others..impressive..he really put an effort in creating the edge of the objects to make it stands out..sometimes u just see the objects in the drawing coming out like 3D..siryesss..hahah..



The highlight of the day was definitely San Gimignano, an ancient town yet still perfectly fine..u can feel the atmosphere of medieval right away the moment u step into it..perghhh...tinggal lagi nak pkai baju besi n pedang n helmet tuh jer..kalo x mmg aku dah jadik gladiator aa..i was really obsessed with medieval kind of thing..and for me, being there was like the kemuncak kepada minat kepada medieval...wahaha... it is a really well preserved middle age town..the view from up there was spectacle..susah nk digambarkan..u might wanna have ur honeymoon there..it was a really special town..i liked it a lot lot lot lot...with lots of towers it is really captivating..

then we headed straight to rome...and the journey is to be continued...
