Its been a while since i wrote smthng...
Busy kot...haha...busy ke???
anyway, as 1 of the excos of Persatuan Pelajar Malaysia Cork, i would like to use this platform to promote our Cork Games event this year.
Cork Games is just reaching its second edition this year. The main idea behind this event is to create a healthy sporting culture and environment among Malaysians especially to those residing and studying in Cork, Ireland. There are lots of games organized by Malaysian Societies all over UK and eire, for eg Notts Games, Sheffield Games, Manchester Games, to name a few but it is very unlikely for Corkians to join those events.
Thus, in 2007, Persatuan Pelajar Malaysia Cork(PPMC) has decided to bring the game back home ( i mean back in Cork la) so that Corkians can experience themselves these exciting event. Cork Games is also a platform for people outside Cork to come and witnessing themselves the breathtaking scenery, the politeness of the people and also the "weird" accent of locals here in Cork.
For this 2nd edition, we will have 11 a-side football tournament for the lads, netball for the ladies on the 18th of April and badminton tournament for the guys on the 19th of April....
