ISA

Assalamualaikum wbt

hurmmm..after spending quite a while thinking about ISA, i just think that i'm not the one should be writting about this..maybe i dont really have a strong opinion to give impact to others about it..but still, here's my 2 cents worth of thought..

All i can say, of course i am against ISA. Not because i'm all on opposition side wutsoeva, but i think that ISA has been abused too much that it becomes irrelavant and of cos far away from justice...

and i questioned Tun Abdullah action to defy ISA only now, after he resigned from his 'throne'..

Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi berkata ISA memberi kuasa yang besar serta skop yang mungkin terlalu luas untuk pihak berkuasa menentukan apa yang boleh dianggap sebagai ancaman keselamatan

why didnt he abolish ISA during his time, while his minister, Zaid fought his tooth and nail and even quit the cabinet just to abolish ISA. Abdullah was the one who turned zaid away..so why now..knowing the scope of ISA is too big to be defined and maybe after he has used ISA the way he wanted, now, he's giving advice to Najib to consider to abolish ISA..i just don't get it..mungkin telah insaf kot..hihihi..

Abdullah knows, what kind of advantage ISA can give to a Prime Minister..ISA is used by all means to surpress political threats to Government..ISA is like the Ace Card to stay put on the 'throne'...every Prime Minister sure likes that, he still has a hidden card that he'll used when he is all cornered..

Lets recall the purpose of ISA..it was to use to fight the threat of Communist is 1960s...and after communist surrendered, ISA was used to protect the country against terrorist..

Ok if you want to say, ISA is draconian and cruel..yes it's true..it's against the Islamic Law Principal and so, it is cruel..i'm not at any liberty to give dalil and hadith regarding ISA due to my limited knowledge..but i found that this blog is very good explaining the hadith against ISA..http://destinasimu.blogspot.com/2009/08/dalil-mengapa-isa-itu-haram-dalam-islam.html

Have you ever watch minority report??i think ISA is somewhat similar to that..kononya ISA is trying to protect the country but actually it is used to protect individual's interest..dan seperti Minority report, watak antagonist yang mempergunakan ISA adalah the one who created it and acting all good like a hero..cettt...

However, i have a question in mind, a new issue will rise regarding what kind of preventive measure should be applied that bring justice and it is totally based on Islamic Law Principal.??because i believe Preventive measure is very important..hari tuh mimbar khutbah jumaat juga menyarankan mencegah lebih baik dr mengubati and off cos it's not applied to medicine only..it's for everything...in the paranoia of Terrorist, Malaysia cannot escaped from the threat...so preventive measure in very much needed...

Allah takkan menghukum hambanya sehingga dia betul2 melakukan kesalahan..seperti, Kalo kita cuma berniat jahat, tiada catatan dosa diberikan, cuma bila kita dah buat baru akan dicatit satu dosa..

So, do we have a preventive Law in Islam??? because prevention is not something done yet usually and there wudn't be enuuf eveidence to bring this threat to Justice..hihi saya tataau..

Maka, Mujahid2 Islam dalam bidang Perundangan, anda perlu come out with a law usable in prevention that base on Islamic Law Principle..and PAS also need to give an alternative for ISA, meaning a law that can be used as preventive measure against threat..i'm not sure whether Gerakan Mansuh ISA does provides this alternative??After all i believe PREVENTION is required and an alternative for ISA is needed..ramai yg inginkan alternative dan akan mempersoalkan kewajaran ISA dimasuhkan sekiranya tidak ada alternative..saya tak pakar undang2 so cannot give alternative..hihihi...

ramai penyokong2 ISA adalah dari kalangan mereka yg percaya bahawa Malaysia memerlukan undang2 berbentuk preventive and ISA does provides that..maka mereka berpendapat sekiranya kerajaan tidak menyalahgunaakan ISA, maka ISA adalah bagus utk negara dan rakyat..tetapi, ISA sedari awal bercanggah dengan Prinsip2 Islam iaitu bersifat zalim...makanya, saya rasa sepatutnya GMI merangka satu undang-undang alternative berpandukan Al-Quran dan As-Sunnah yang bersifat preventive...

Sila komen sesuka hati anda untuk berkongsi pandangan...saya takkan marah anda...hihi
