Assalamualaikum wbt

I've been doing2 weeks of Psychiatric rotation for now, well to be accurate it's been only a week minus a week of 'MC'..

Owh, saya sangatlah suka Psych rotation (sebab sgt relaks..haha). I'm doing Liaison Psychiatric for the moment, which is a subspecialties for Psychiatric..Liason is not really like everyday Psychiatric. Nk citer pun payah..aku copy dr Wikipedia je lah

Ward round dia mmg lama gila laa..patient siket jer pun tapi satu patient tuh lama laaa..walaupun lenguh dan saket pinggan tp seronot laaa pergi ward round..heeheehee..nnti ikut consultant sambil wat muka busuk, pastuh dgr derang bercakap n guna jargon2 psych yg susah nk paham, so aku pun tulis dalam buku dgn harapan balek nk baca bender-bender tuh, ended up x baca pun..haha..

Seronok jumpa patient yg mmg kadangkala sgt menghiburkan hati..they can be your joy and the only source of laughter for the day..isn't great..Arituh ada seorang mak cik nih presented with Frontal Lobe Dementia (org panggil nyanyuk laa)..OMG mak cik tuh kiut super duper..tutor kitaorg panggil mak cik tuh n ambik history dari dia depan kitaorg semua..Pastu semua org pun tahan gelak jer ngan gelagat mak cik tuh..siryes comel giler..dia macam manic sket(manic nih cam terlebih gembira n over gembira laa) ..kejap2 dia kenyit mata kt kitaorg..kejap2 lambai kt kitaorg..kejap2 dia cam nangis, kejap2 dia cam semangat gila, kejap2 klaka gila..haha..aku tgk partner aku yg duduk depan aku tuh mmg dok nk gelak jer..dah tersenyum gaban laa.pastuh pusaing kiri pusing kana nk carik partner in crime nk gelak sekali tp suma org xlayan dia..haha..aku pun dok situ hanya mampu tersenyum kegumbiraan tgk gelagat dia..haha..

Walaupun x banyak jumpa patient lg n amik history, but hopefully next week akan dpt gi amik history laa n cakap2 ngan patient..heeheehee..*excited2*

Walaupun patient psych nih kdg2 scary gila, tp still menarik..hehe..

Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Depression, Acute Behavioural Change, Frontal Lobe Dementia and so on so on yg memeningkan jugak..haha..
